I’m a Capricorn — grounded, ambitious, disciplined, and deeply committed.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, I’m the daughter of immigrant parents and raised by a single mother. Through undergrad and graduate school, I juggled internships and worked at Starbucks as a barista.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge in 2017. After graduate school, I worked at a community mental health clinic in Los Angeles, where I provided bilingual therapy to adults struggling with trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety, many of whom were immigrants. I completed over 3,000 supervised clinical hours and passed the California board licensure exam in 2021.
I Have A Spiritual Side
I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband. Outside of the therapy room, spirituality isn’t just something I “offer,” it’s something I practice. I’m deeply devoted to meditation, energy clearing, cord-cutting practices, writing my prayers in my journals, and working with angel oracle cards. Over the years, I’ve invested in intuitive development classes.
Why would this matter to you?
Because if you’re spiritually curious or spiritually grounded, you deserve a therapist who doesn’t dismiss that part of you. You deserve someone who understands energetic boundaries. Someone who respects intuition. Someone who knows that healing isn’t only cognitive — it’s spiritual, ancestral, and embodied. I don’t impose spirituality into our work.
But if you want to explore it, I can meet you there, with both clinical training and lived practice. Your healing gets to be multidimensional.
We can explore meaning, synchronicity, intuition and still stay rooted in personal responsibility and growth.
And because therapy should feel human...I have a sweet tooth. I love candy. I appreciate a really good laugh. My favorite holidays are Halloween, Día de los Muertos, and Mother’s Day. I have a thing for disco balls.
